Weight of the World

I saw a picture on twitter this morning that reminded me that the universe is friendly. I actually have pain & tension in my shoulders because the weight of the whole entire world is sitting my shoulders. I study a lot of texts that tell me the universe is friendly, that it works together with me and I see this in many areas of my life. So this begs the question "how come I have the weight of the world on my shoulders?"
